Official DVD Summary Edit

"Jay's stepsister is wooed by grunge rock star Johnny Wrath. Alice sees help from Jay in finding the right school for Penny."

PlotEdit

While Jay is visiting his parents' house, he sees that Margo is upset about something. When he asks as to what, Margo explains that all the girls at her all-girl school have a boyfriend except her, and the only guy in the neighborhood is Ed Koch. Eleanor then explains that they're getting new neighbors. When she and Margo go to meet them, they are greeted by Johnny Wrath, who, as Shackleford explains, is the frontman for the band Nuns in a Blender. Johnny hires Shackleford as his butler. Margo soon develops romantic feelings for Johnny.

Meanwhile, Alice grows weary of having Penny hang around Doris all day, so she sets out to enroll Penny in a preschool. She first visits a preschool where she learns that the headmaster is using the children to create merchandise for The Simpsons. Alice then takes Penny to a school that's based on A Nightmare on Elm Street, and they later arrive at Rainbow's End Preschool, a fancy preschool. Alice takes a liking to it and decides to try to get Penny enrolled.

While riding her horse, Margo finds Johnny and explains her feelings to him. He reciprocates them, and the two of them hit it off. Eleanor doesn't welcome the unwanted publicity, adding that they had the Pope (as well as Don King) trapped in their hedge maze. Jay later cautions Margo, not wanting her to be hurt later on. Jay talks to Johnny, who gives him and Margo tickets to his next concert. On the way home from the concert, Johnny (without explicitly saying it) wants to have sex with Margo, but she refuses. Jay gives her advice, telling her to look deep down inside to see what she wants to do. Margo goes over to Johnny's house, only to find that he's with another woman.

Margo is hurt and depressed, and she wants to be rid of Johnny for good. Jay gets an idea---inviting Johnny's parents to come live with their son. Johnny decides to leave, but not before apologizing to Margo for his actions.

Meanwhile, Alice goes to Rainbow's End for an interview, but the headmaster refuses to admit Penny into his school. Alice explains the situation to Jay, who then turns to Duke for help. When Duke confronts the headmaster, he jokingly challenges Duke to build his own bigger and better preschool. Duke does so, and he immediately admits Penny into the school.
